For sports betting (including bandar bola and mix parlay bets), all markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. For football matches covering BRI Liga 1, Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Timnas Indonesia, English Premier League, La Liga, and other leagues, results are based on the score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may require settlement before closure is finalized.
